Redevelopment of a two-storey house for a private residence into a four-storey private residence with a basement. An organic building form is created with greenery at all levels of building with the objective of echoing a “Garden City” of Kowloon Tong district. The project is under construction and schedule to obtain O.P. in Q4 2022.
