Comprehensive Residential Development at Sung Wong Toi Road, Kowloon

The project site is within a Comprehensive Development Area under OZP. It overlooks the new Kai Tak Sports Park and there will be a MTR station nearby in the near future. Upon completion of the development, the Comprehensive Development which comprises of 3 residential towers over a 3-storey podium will provide more than 700 residential units of various sizes at the former old district area. The disposition of the towers allow natural ventilation within the site as well maximize the natural lighting for residential units.
