Lee Kum Kee Central

Formerly known as SBI Centre, comprehensive retrofitting and renovation works were undergone for the new Lee Kum Kee Central, including the upgrading and modernizing of the outer façade, existing lift systems and interior design of lobbies and lavatories. While introducing a sleek and clean office space design, many other aspects were improved, including provision new energy-efficient lift systems, the leveling on the ground floor as opposed to the previous step down of the lift lobby from the main pedestrian pavement for better barrier free accessibility, and converting the G/F –1/F to a flagship store.
